Inner Care classes are led by Aoife, a qualified Play Therapist, accredited Creative Mindfulness Teacher, and former head of a theatre and music school, bringing a rich blend of emotional support and creative expression to each group. Thoughtfully tailored for every age, from toddler hands to teen hearts and even for the grown-ups who love and care for them.

Inner Care Den (Preschooler with parent)

A cosy introduction to emotional regulation and bonding through mindful play, arts and crafts, music and movement. Parents attend and participate alongside their child.

Inner Care Explorers

(Junior & Senior Infants)

Full of fun and imagination, this class offers art, movement, and mindful games that help young explorers name feelings, grow confidence, and enjoy being part of a group.

Inner Care Club (1st - 5th Class)

Creative expression meets emotional insight. Through art, team games, and calm conversation, children explore who they are and learn tools to care for their thoughts and feelings.

Inner Care Crew (6th Class–2nd Year)

A supportive space for pre-teens and early teens to unwind, express themselves, and connect. Blending creative activities and guided discussions, the Crew fosters self-awareness, confidence, and calm.

Inner Care Circle (3rd–6th Year)

A calm, creative space for teens to explore identity, emotions, and resilience. With mindful art, movement-based games, and open conversation, the Circle invites reflection and self-expression, while also offering tools to manage the stress and pressure of exams like the Junior and Leaving Certificate.

Inner Care Connection (Parents & Carers)

Caring for children begins with caring for yourself. This class offers calm, creativity, and connection, combining mindful moments, simple tools, and honest conversation to support both your child's wellbeing and your own. Grandparents are also welcome, as parenting is ever-changing and support is valuable at every stage.

Inner Care Classroom

(School Staff & Organizations)

A dedicated space for educators, school staff, and organizations to pause, reconnect, and reflect. Through creative tools and mindfulness practices, this course offers the emotional nourishment and practical insights you need to help children thrive in the environments where they grow and learn.

Our Nurturing Group Room

The group room at Inner Path Play Therapy is intentionally designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Soft lighting and comfortable seating contribute to a calming ambiance, making it an ideal setting for creativity, connection, and emotional wellbeing. This nurturing space supports various activities, from playful interactions to mindful practices and meaningful discussions, all aimed at promoting emotional expression and personal development.

Accessibility: Inner Care Classes take place in our upstairs group room. If accessibility is a concern, please get in touch, we’re happy to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.

Please note: While our Inner Care Classes offer therapeutic support and are led by a qualified Play Therapist, they are not a replacement for individual or group therapy. These groups are designed to promote wellbeing and provide helpful tools in a supportive setting.
